1. Who we are

DualGridBot (“DualGridBot”, “we”, “us”) is developed and operated by an independent software developer. You can contact us at any time at support@dualgridbot.com or through the contact form.

2. Not financial advice

DualGridBot is a trading automation tool. Nothing on this website, in the software, or in any communication from us (including support emails and live streams) is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Any information about strategy, settings, or performance is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, including the settings you choose and the decision to use this software at all.

3. Trading risk

Trading cryptocurrency futures with leverage is highly speculative and carries a substantial risk of loss, up to and including the total loss of the funds you trade with. Grid trading strategies, including the one used by DualGridBot, can lose money in strongly trending markets, during periods of low liquidity, or during extreme volatility, and positions can be liquidated. The bot does not use an automatic stop loss; it is designed to hold positions through drawdowns, so your position size and settings are your main risk control. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance, whether shown on this site, in live streams, or elsewhere, does not guarantee or predict future results.

4. No performance guarantee

We do not guarantee any level of profit, and we do not guarantee that the software will be profitable for you. Results depend on market conditions, your configuration choices, exchange fees and conditions, and other factors outside our control.

5. Software provided "as is"

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, or that it will run on every computer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or liquidations, arising from your use of the software, the website, or any information we provide. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Your responsibility for legal compliance

Cryptocurrency trading and the use of automated trading software are regulated differently around the world, and in some places may be restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether it is lawful for you to use DualGridBot and to trade cryptocurrency futures in your country or region, and to comply with any applicable laws, including tax obligations.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use DualGridBot. You must also be permitted to hold a Binance account and trade futures under Binance's own terms and the laws that apply to you.

9. Only Binance Futures is currently supported

DualGridBot currently connects to and trades on Binance Futures only, using Cross margin. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance. Changes that Binance makes to its API, fees, or trading rules can affect how the bot operates.

10. API key security

DualGridBot runs as a desktop application on your own computer, or as an app on your own Android phone. Your Binance API key and secret are stored only on that device (in a local file on your computer, or in the app's private storage on your phone) and are used only to communicate directly with Binance's servers — we never receive, transmit, or store your exchange API credentials on our servers. We strongly recommend creating an API key with trading permission only, with withdrawal permission disabled, so that funds cannot leave your Binance account through the bot under any circumstances. You are responsible for keeping your own computer, phone, and API credentials secure.

11. Your website account and remote control

Your account on this website can view your bot's live status and send commands to your bot (for example start, stop, or close positions) and change its settings. Anyone who gains access to your website account could therefore control your bot. Use a strong, unique password, keep your activation key private, and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

12. Subscriptions and payments

• DualGridBot is offered on a prepaid subscription basis. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing section and on the payment page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT on BNB Smart Chain, BEP-20) to the address shown on the payment page. Your subscription starts as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your subscription ends, the bot stops operating until you extend it.
• Please double-check the network and address before paying. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in the wrong token may be permanently lost, and we cannot guarantee their recovery.
• You are responsible for any network (gas) fees charged by your wallet or exchange.

13. Refund policy

• You can request a refund at any time by contacting support@dualgridbot.com.
• For subscriptions of 30 days or longer, we refund the unused 30-day periods and the 30-day period you are currently in. Only fully completed 30-day periods are non-refundable. The value of each 30-day period is your plan price divided by the number of 30-day periods in the plan.
• Short trial plans (shorter than 30 days) are non-refundable, unless the bot could not be made to work on your computer despite our support.
• Refunds are paid in USDT to a wallet address you provide, on a network we support. Please confirm the address and network carefully.
• When a refund is issued, the subscription ends immediately.
• No refund is due if a subscription is terminated because of a breach of these terms (see section 14).

14. License and acceptable use

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DualGridBot software for your own trading during your subscription. A subscription can be linked to one computer and one phone at a time, and the bot runs on one of them at a time; you can change the linked devices from your account page. You may not:

• share, resell, rent, or transfer your subscription, account, or activation key to others;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where this is expressly permitted by law;
• attempt to bypass the license system or interfere with our servers or other users.

We may suspend or terminate subscriptions that violate these terms, without refund.

15. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our license/subscription servers, of Binance's API, or of your internet connection, any of which can affect the bot's ability to start or operate. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The version number and date at the top show when it was last changed. Continued use of the software after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
