Version 1.4 · Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy covers the DualGridBot website, the DualGridBot desktop software and the DualGridBot Android app, operated by DualGridBot (an independent software developer). Contact: support@dualgridbot.com.
Your Binance API key and secret are stored only on your own device — in a local file on your computer, or in the Android app's private storage on your phone — and are never sent to our servers. The bot uses them only to communicate directly with Binance, which processes that data under its own privacy policy. We never have access to your Binance account and cannot withdraw funds from it.
Your email address, a securely hashed version of your password (we cannot see your password), email verification status, the date you registered and last logged in, and the IP address used at registration and login. We use this to provide your account, secure it, and contact you about your subscription.
Your subscription ID, activation key, plan and expiry date, and identifiers of the devices your subscription is linked to: for a computer, the network adapter's MAC address; for a phone, a device identifier read by the Android app. We also record which of your devices the bot is currently running on. We use this to validate your license and enforce the rule of one computer and one phone per subscription.
For each payment: the amount, plan, time, and blockchain transaction hash. We do not collect card or bank details. Please note that blockchain transactions are public by nature and can be viewed by anyone.
The strategy settings you save on your account page (symbols, side, quantity, grid size, leverage, etc.) are stored on our servers so that your bot can load them. While the bot is running — on your computer or in the Android app — it periodically sends a status report to our servers — for example whether it is running, your futures margin balance, open entries and position size, entry and target prices, unrealized and daily profit/loss, and recent trade actions — together with the IP address it connects from. We use this to show your bot's live status and to let you control it from your account page, to provide support, and to detect subscriptions that are being shared in violation of our terms. (For the desktop software, the IP address is also kept in a short history for this sharing check; phone IP addresses are not, because they change too often on mobile networks.) The information about which device the bot runs on, and whether it has open positions there, is used so that the bot runs on only one of your devices at a time. This information may be viewed by DualGridBot for support and security purposes only.
If you turn on "Share my daily results" in your account, your chosen nickname and your bot's realized daily result for today and yesterday (profit or loss in USDT, and the traded symbols) are shown to other logged-in members on their account page. Your email address and subscriber ID are never shown. This is off by default, and you can turn it off at any time — your results stop being shown immediately.
The Android app processes the same subscription, settings, and status data described above, and checks our servers for commands you send from your account page (for example start or stop). Notifications are generated on your phone by the app itself; we do not use a push-notification service. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools. It asks for permission to show notifications and to keep running in the background so that the bot can keep trading while the screen is off; you can change these permissions at any time in your phone's settings.
Messages you send us through support tickets, the contact form, or email, including any screenshots or videos you attach.
When you visit the website we log the pages you view, the referring page, your IP address, the time, and your browser's user agent (browser and device type) — and, if you are logged in, which account the visit belongs to — to understand how the site is used, to tell real visitors apart from automated bots, and to protect the site against abuse. We use a session cookie (to keep you logged in) and a visitor cookie (to count unique visitors). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing.
Account, subscription, and payment records are kept while your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Bot status reports are overwritten by each new report. Website visit logs, support attachments, and other technical logs are deleted periodically once they are no longer needed.
All connections to our website and servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, support attachments are stored outside the public website and can only be viewed by you and us, and access to our servers is restricted.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to receive a copy of it. Deleting your account ends your subscription and the bot's online features. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/EEA or Türkiye), you may have additional rights under data protection laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make a request, email support@dualgridbot.com.
DualGridBot is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version number and date at the top show when it was last changed.
